Credit Lab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, Credit Lab responds to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
This policy applies to content made available through Credit Lab , including content submitted, published, or managed by authorized users, staff, contractors, or third parties.
Credit Lab acts as a service provider with respect to certain third-party content and does not claim ownership of materials submitted or published by others unless expressly stated.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to locate the material such as a URL or specific page location
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Credit Lab may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the party responsible for the content.
Counter Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.
Your counter notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

If a valid counter notification is received, Credit Lab may restore the material in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Credit Lab maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers. Credit Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Content displayed through Credit Lab may be provided by users, independent contractors, affiliates, agencies, clients, or other third parties. Credit Lab does not control or actively monitor all submitted content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or ownership of such materials.
All DMCA claims related to third-party content will be handled in accordance with this policy.
Modifications
Credit Lab reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
